What is the Return Policy?
We have a 7-day replacement guarantee on all products if there is any defect. When delivered, the customer has to take an unboxing video as proof. Customers can return products.
Is it must to pay advance to order?
To ensure safety as an assurance, we take advance payments from 200- 500 tk depending on the value and nature of the product. Without paying the advance, the product order will be cancelled.
Do you have physical store?
